I found this hotel to be a great base for exploring the nearby Hagerstown Cultural Trail and City Park, both within a short drive or pleasant walk away, where I enjoyed leisurely strolls and lovely green spaces.

Fantastic team, clean room.

My kids wished the pool temperature was warmer. It was quite chilly, making it hard for them to enjoy swimming. A better-maintained pool area would definitely enhance the experience for families.

The faucet in the room was broken, which hampered basic tasks, and an unpleasant smoke smell lingered in the air upon arrival. Additionally, there were no utensils or dishes available to use after purchasing food, forcing us to go out for supplies. The checkout process also raised concerns, with an unexpected charge for incidental fees that seemed unclear at the time of check-in.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a great selection of nearby restaurants. The designated pet area was very convenient. 🐾

The Business King Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like shampoo and lotion provided. The hotel is in a quiet area, conveniently close to several dining options. However, during my stay, I noticed some areas of the hotel needed renovations, as certain hallways looked outdated, and I encountered issues with a running toilet. Overall, it was a pleasant stop despite some maintenance concerns.

The staff was amazing and super friendly! They helped us out when our son got sick, quickly got us clean covers for the bed, which was a lifesaver during that chaotic moment.

The staff were incredibly understanding accommodating our room request which made our trip more enjoyable. I appreciated how immaculate the room was it truly felt like we were the first guests to stay there.

we had a great stay at the holiday inn express. the staff was super friendly and helped us get a clean cover for the bed when our son got sick. the cleaning crew was very polite, and we loved the fresh towels daily. the hotel is close to civil war sites like gettysburg and antietam, which was a nice bonus. breakfast was decent, and the veggie omelets were tasty. overall, the cleanliness and service stood out to us.
